Tim McDermott, President of MAC Source Communications
 
 Tim McDermott Tim McDermott co-founded MAC Source in 1997 in Syracuse, NY. Tim has 26 years of experience in the communications industry and prior to MAC Source he was the General Manager of the Telecommunications Group at CIS Corp. and the Area Sales Manager for Rotelcom. Tim received a Bachelor of Science from SUNY at Cortland. He resides in Camillus with his wife, Marilyn, and their four children.
   

 

Don Norkett, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
 
Don Norkett Don Norkett co-founded MAC Source in 1997 in Syracuse, NY. Prior to MAC Source, Don was the Central Region Operations Manager for Frontier Network Systems for 13 years. Don has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Don lives in North Syracuse, NY with his wife, Penny. He spends much of his free time with his three children and five grandchildren.
   

 

Tom Donahue, Vice President of Sales
 
Tom DonahueTom Donahue joined the MAC Source team in 2005 as the Sales Director for New York State. Tom has 28 years of experience in the communications industry with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya. During the course of his career he has held management positions in Customer Service, Field Operations, and Sales. Tom attended Mercy College and New York University. While at MAC Source. Tom has contributed to the continued growth and diversification of the business. Tom lives in Clifton Park, NY.
   

 

William Patterson, Vice President of Operations
 
William Patterson William Patterson joined MAC Source in 2000, after attending the School of Information Studies and Technology at Syracuse University. He began his career as a Network Administrator, before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2005, and Director of Technical Services in 2009. As Director of Technical Services, William oversees the Customer Service, Engineering and IT departments, as well as plays a role in evaluating current and future partnerships. William holds certifications from Adtran, Avaya, Juniper and Microsoft, including an Avaya Certified Expert (ACE) in IP Telephony and SIP. William currently resides in Liverpool, NY, with his wife, Danielle, and their three daughters.
